Modern Marble Coffee Table Black & White with Storage & Drawers in Wood

We loved the look of this table online and only one other company had this-both from Asia. So we took a chance and wish we didn’t ! It took 2 1/2 months for the base to get to us and the packaging was ripped open in several areas and you guessed it, the table was damaged in over 10 areas! In addition, we never received the marble top! Base was delivered 12/22 and still no movement on the tracking number for the marble top.
Customer service is only through email and they only offered to send another table and to patiently wait for the marble top! This are not very responsive and do not answer the phone! We asked for a refund and had to open a dispute with PayPal only to learn we can get a refund after we ship the damaged table back to Hong Kong from the US paid by us the customer! Do not buy from this company! I filed a claim with the FTC and with my credit card company. Very disappointed! So we bought a similar table that is round from Wayfair that came within a week and it came with wood secured around the package to prevent damage! For less than half of this price! Buy American!
